At today's session, the proposal for the decision on drafting the general regulation plan for the western zone of Sadovi in Petrovaradin was accepted, along with the proposal for the decision on drafting amendments to the general regulation plan of the settlement Kovilj (parts of the construction area near the embankment), the proposal for the decision on drafting amendments to the general regulation plan of the settlement Veternik (the area between the regional railway line and Vojvode Putnika Street in Veternik), the proposal for the decision on drafting amendments to the general regulation plan of Sremska Kamenica and its surroundings (Mali do area), the proposal for the decision on drafting amendments to the general regulation plan for the mixed-use area west of Subotički Boulevard and north of Vojvode Stepe Boulevard in Novi Sad (the location of a religious object in Sajlovo), the proposal for the decision on drafting amendments to the general regulation plan for the new city center and its surroundings in Novi Sad (the location on Oslobođenja Boulevard), and the proposal for the decision on drafting the detailed regulation plan for the entrance route along Temerinska Road in Novi Sad.

The Council also adopted the proposal for the decision on drafting amendments to the detailed regulation plan for the Salajka area north of Partizanska Street in Novi Sad (the area in Šajkaška Street, among others), then the proposal for the decision on drafting amendments to the detailed regulation plan for the business area between Temerinska Street, Šajkaški Detachment Road, Bajči Žilinskog Street, and the planned railway in Novi Sad (the area between Temerinska and Tekelijina Streets), the report on the realization of the decision on the Housing Support Program through the allocation of apartments in public ownership of the City of Novi Sad at Kisačka Street number 55 ("Official Gazette of the City of Novi Sad", number 59/23), the proposal for the decision on amendments to the decision on the Investment Activities Program for 2024, implemented by the City Administration for Property and Legal Affairs of the City of Novi Sad, and the report on the realization of the decision on the Housing Support Program through the purchase of an apartment in public ownership of the City of Novi Sad at Momčila Tapavice Street bb, building 5 ("Official Gazette of the City of Novi Sad", number 29/22).

The members of the Council also accepted the proposal for the conclusion regarding the implementation of the procedure for allocating housing support through the purchase of an apartment in public ownership of the City of Novi Sad, as well as the report on the realization of the annual business program of the Public Enterprise "Urbanism" - Institute for Urban Planning Novi Sad for 2023, along with the financial report of the Public Enterprise "Urbanism" - Institute for Urban Planning Novi Sad for 2023, the proposal for the decision on the approval of the distribution of profits of the Public Enterprise "Urbanism" - Institute for Urban Planning Novi Sad for 2023, the information on the level of compliance between planned and realized activities from the business programs of public and communal enterprises founded by the City of Novi Sad for the period January 1 – June 30, 2024, the proposal for the decision on granting the use of real estate in public ownership of the City of Novi Sad to the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina for the needs of the University of Novi Sad – Academy of Arts Novi Sad, without compensation, and the proposal for the decision on granting the use of real estate in public ownership of the City of Novi Sad to the preschool institution "Radosno detinjstvo" Novi Sad.

The adopted proposals and reports, as well as the accepted information, will be discussed by the city assembly members at the session scheduled for Friday, September 27.
