Dunav Osiguranje is Building a Nine-Story Office Building in New Belgrade

The company Dunav Osiguranje plans to construct a modern office building on Jurija Gagarina Street in New Belgrade, according to the urban planning project currently on public display, announced by the Secretariat for Urbanism and Construction Affairs. The project envisions a building with a structure of 4 underground levels + ground floor + 8 floors + recessed floor, with a total gross area of 18,036.32 square meters. The net usable area of the nine business floors is 9,934.71 square meters, while the underground levels are designated for parking and technical facilities, reports eKapija.
