As our lease expires at the end of next year, we are looking for a new office space. Our current office is located in Mirijevo. We want the new space to be in one of the following municipalities: Palilula, Zvezdara, Vračar and Stari grad. We want to avoid New Belgrade, because of the distance. When it comes to the office space itself, we want it to include: open space for 20 people (hybrid work mode), 2 offices (one for 2 people, the other for 4), 2 conference rooms (one small, one medium), separate toilets ( not to be shared with the rest of the building), rack space (since we have our own servers), parking spaces (the number would depend on availability). Also, we have a couple of general questions about services in office buildings: Is internet/WiFi provided or is it up to the user? Are cleaning and handyman services provided or is it up to the customer? Is there a reception?
