Balkans Property Forum 2024" Held in Belgrade: Significant Investment Activities in Hotel and Residential Construction Expected in 2025

The Southeast European real estate market has faced numerous crises in recent years, resulting in lower investment activity. However, 2025 is expected to bring a rise in investment activities due to reduced interest rates. Investors are particularly drawn to the Balkan market and Serbia, with the greatest interest in the hotel and residential construction sectors, while demand for office spaces is somewhat lower. These were among the key conclusions of the 8th International Conference on the Real Estate Market in Southeast Europe, "Balkans Property Forum 2024", held in Belgrade and organized by Property Forum and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) from the United Kingdom.

The foundation stone has been laid for the construction of the new Science and Technology Park building in Čačak

Čačak – The city on the Morava River has, over the last four years since the opening of the Science and Technology Park, also become known as a city of young innovators. Companies operating successfully within it have achieved significant revenues and great success on the international stage. A story from the Science and Technology Park in Čačak that has spread across the region is the first 3D-printed house, the latest marvel of modern technology. Now, there's great news for all future innovators as a new building for the Science and Technology Park is being constructed, covering 13,000 square meters, and today the foundation stone was laid for it.

10 Counters, Free Shop, Business Club: New Terminal Building Opened at Niš Airport

The new terminal building at "Konstantin Veliki" Airport in Niš, into which 16 million euros were invested, including equipment, was opened today. The building itself received an investment of 11 million euros, with an additional 5 million euros spent on equipment and systems, and 17 million euros were invested in the infrastructure of the access roads and parking areas in front of the terminal building.
