Green oases - a new trend in the development of residential and office buildings

Investicije i Benefiti Zelene Gradnje

Svetske analize pokazuju da zelene zgrade uživaju sve veću potražnju na tržištu. Investitor ima veću cenu prodaje kao i bržu prodaju takvog prostora, dok vlasnici brže rentiraju i postižu bolju cenu rente, a zakupci duže ostaju u tom prostoru. Beograd Dobija Plan Generalne Regulacije Zelenih Površina

Glavni grad do kraja godine trebalo bi da dobije detaljan Plan generalne regulacije sistema zelenih površina. On će biti planski osnov za nove zelene površine, ali i za očuvanje postojećih. Ono što se već zna je da će uskoro ozelenjeno biti deset školskih dvorišta u ekološki najugroženijim delovima prestonice, ali i da će 2019. na vrhu zgrade Gradskog stambenog biti izgrađen zeleni krov kako bi se povećala energetska efikasnost. Kako za Politiku ističe gradonačelnik prof. dr Zoran Radojičić, osim ovoga predstoji i niz malih ekoloških projekata čiji je cilj zeleniji i zdraviji Beograd. Sve ovo je važno jer glavni grad ulazi i u proces kandidovanja za Zelenu prestonicu Evrope 2022.

U Srbiji Obeležena Nedelja Zelene Gradnje

Savet zelene gradnje Srbije, kao nacionalni član Svetskog saveta zelene gradnje (WorldGBC) i deo regionalne mreže Evrope (ERN) obeležio je Svetsku nedelju zelene gradnje 2018 (WorldGBWeek 2018), čija je tema ove godine #HomeGreenHome (Dom, zeleni dome).
