New Tower in New Belgrade? – Residential and Commercial 19-Story Building Planned at the Corner of Trešnjinog Cveta and Mihajlo Pupin

Within the Detailed Regulation Plan for Block 11a, located at the corner of Trešnjinog Cveta Street and Mihajlo Pupin Boulevard in New Belgrade, new designations and urban parameters have been defined. Announced for early public review by the Secretariat for Urbanism and Construction Affairs, the document also envisions the construction of a building with a maximum height of P+19 floors.

Significant Decrease in Building Permits and Planned New Construction Value in June

In June 2024, 2,356 building permits were issued in Serbia, representing a decrease of 8.6% compared to the same period last year.
