Privatization Agency put the immovable property of the Brodoimpeks company in bankruptcy and the company itself up for sale by public tender on Friday (26 July 2013).

The immovable property is made up of three entities with the most valuable being a business building in New Belgrade, whose value is estimated at RSD 307.89 million. 

Tenders are also invited for a storage space in Belgrade and a business building in Kosovska Mitrovica with an estimated value of RSD 101.88 million and RSD 26.72 million, respectively.

Eligible buyers are all juristic and physical persons who buy the documentation at a price of RSD 120,00 and pay the required deposit. 

All bids will be opened September 2nd on the premises of the Privatization Agency.
