The mall has 750 parking spots and 30 stores featuring a mix of domestic and international brands including a DIS hypermarket and a Cine Grand multiplex. Having already created 400 new jobs, it's expected that an additional 50 people will be hired. Capitol Park, a joint venture between Poseidon Group and Belgian-based Mitiska REIM, has 65,000 sqm and the value of the investment was €30m. Capitol Park Rakovica is Poseidon's third park in Serbia. In 2014, its first opened in Sabac, while in September 2017 another appeared in Sombor. Poseidon plans three additional Serbian investments, one of which will be in Leskovac.
