It's been a while since one could see more construction workers in the vicinity of Delta City Shopping Center than this spring. Two large construction sites in New Belgrade's Block 67a came to life last month - aside from Neimar V, construction works were also commenced by Deka inzenjering.
Construction of a residential and business complex that was attracting the attention of the citizens of Belgrade the entire last year commenced late March. According to Deka inzenjering, ongoing first phase of works will be finished by April 2015.
As previously announced, the future complex should comprise multiple-purpose facilities, a hotel, as well as six residential buildings with a total of 841 apartments. The project will be implemented in three phases with the first phase (currently underway) to see the construction of three residential buildings with about 300 housing units.
contractor is Exing B&P, the designer is ZAP, while project management and supervision is entrusted to the Tebodin company. A building permit was issued to the investor, Deka inzenjering, on 18 February 2014.
