When asked by eKapija where that building would be built and which architect they were negotiating with, the representatives of this Belgrade-based company said that the new business facility of Delta would be situated in the vicinity of their current building.

- It will be built on the site of the current tennis courts of Genex Impulse Hall. We're going to hire a famous foreign architect, but we cannot reveal any more details of this investment for now.

The president of Delta also announced that the company might soon start building a retail park in Novi Sad as well as the largest shopping mall in the region at Autokomanda in Belgrade.

- Our plan is to invest EUR 150 million in these three facilities and hire as many as 6,000 workers to build them - Miskovic said at yesterday's press conference, adding that all three projects were discussed with Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic at his meeting with businessmen.
