What is FMBAS? The Facility Management Business Association of Serbia (FMBAS) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization dedicated to promoting, educating, and supporting the development of the Facility Management industry in Serbia. It was founded at the beginning of 2023 by three leading companies operating in the real estate construction and management segment: MPC Properties, TOKATA, and Marera Property Management.
