The project envisions transforming single-family housing into multi-story mixed-use urban centers. The new building will have three underground levels, a ground floor, six floors, and two recessed floors.
It is planned to provide 21 parking spaces in the underground garage, with access to the garage via a car lift.
The total net area of the planned building is 928.38 m², of which 241.12 m² is designated for commercial spaces, and 644.23 m² for garage space.
The conceptual design was created by the company MAARH doo, and the public presentation will last until September 9.
