REAL ESTATE MARKET IN SERBIA IN Q3 2024: PRICE AND TRANSACTION GROWTH

The real estate market in Serbia continued its growth trend in the third quarter of 2024, according to data from the Republic Geodetic Authority (RGZ). The total transaction value reached €1.8 billion, marking a 22% increase compared to the same period last year. The number of purchase agreements rose by 6%, with a total of 31,138 transactions completed.

In June 2024, 2,356 building permits were issued in Serbia, representing a decrease of 8.6% compared to the same period last year.

In the block between Savska Magistrala, Obrenovački Road, and the MUP complex near Ada Ciganlija, the construction of office spaces, a hotel, and a garage with 400 parking spaces is planned. The area covered by this plan is approximately 9.9 hectares, and the investor is the company Planeta Sport d.o.o.
