The main entrance to the building is on the southeast side. On the ground floor, extending from the entrance area, there is a lobby with a staircase and communal spaces, leading further to three floors of office space, which occupies the largest area. The floors are designed with a standard open-plan layout, offering flexibility in defining functional units, as well as creating smaller office and other spaces for individual and team work, as well as for moments of relaxation from work, writes Superprostor.
In this context, glass partition walls have been used to define smaller work units and meeting rooms, with movable curtains providing isolation as needed.
The interior of the office space is dominated by neutral and light colors with occasional colorful accents. Dynamics are achieved through the harmonious integration of materials with contrasting structures and textures, such as concrete, soft carpeting, glass, textiles, and metal, all enhanced with natural greenery, according to the architectural studio Kapaprojekt.
The simple cubic form of the building is broken up by the use of openings and large reflective surfaces on the facade. The ground floor is emphasized with a treatment in dark gray, while the facade on the upper floors is white.
The rhythmic sequence of French windows, along with two terraces clad in mirrors, reflects the wider surroundings, creating a dynamic and unique facade canvas that constantly changes according to the viewing angle and weather conditions.
